SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, Colorist, or similar role.
• Proficiency in modern hair straightening and curling techniques.
• Expertise in advanced coloring methods, including balayage, ombre, and precision highlighting, air touch and hair extensions.
• Knowledge of various haircuts and styles suitable for different hair types and lengths.
• Familiarity with hair treatment products and scalp therapy services.
• Up-to-date with industry trends and styling innovations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and the flexibility to work shifts.
• Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.

• Client Experience: Manage bookings, greet clients warmly, and ensure they feel valued from start to finish.
• Consultation: Listen to clients’ needs, recommend hairstyles and haircuts based on face shapes and preferences, and provide expert advice on hair care products.
• Styling & Coloring:
• Cut, trim, and style hair using professional techniques and equipment.
• Perform shampooing, coloring, highlighting, and advanced coloring techniques like ombre and balayage.
• Create stunning hairstyles for formal events and everyday looks, including braids, ponytails, and buns.
• Hair Treatments:
• Apply a range of treatments, including keratin smoothing, hydrating masks, and scalp therapies.
• Use hair care products to protect and enhance hair health.
• Hair Extensions
• Product Knowledge & Sales: Act as a trusted advisor to recommend and sell premium hair care products and services to clients.
• Customer Relationship: Build strong connections with loyal clients to ensure repeat visits and satisfaction.
• Hygiene & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sterilized as needed.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest hairstyle trends, techniques, and styling methods.
