AYANA Midplaza Jakarta is seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our wellness team and provide exceptional spa treatments tailored to our guests' needs. This role requires delivering high-quality therapy services to ensure a memorable and relaxing experience for every guest. Responsibilities Perform various spa and therapy treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies according to established protocols. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment areas and equipment. Conduct guest consultations to assess their individual needs and recommend suitable treatments. Manage appointment scheduling and client records accurately. Promote spa products and services to guests and provide post-treatment advice. Work collaboratively with the wellness team to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Therapist in a reputable spa or wellness center. Certified in relevant spa therapy and wellness courses. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. Diploma or certification in hospitality, beauty therapy, or related fields is preferred. Mastery of diverse massage techniques Physical stamina and body mechanics Eager to learn new skills and knowledge Exceptional customer service and personal hygiene Preferably for Male Therapist
