About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Male Spa Therapist to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: • Provide excellent therapy services to guests by recommending correct treatments and offering full product knowledge, in accordance with Spa protocol and accepted certification practices, to ensure they always receive enchanting, immersive health and wellness experiences • Examine treatment rooms before beginning a treatment to ensure they are fully set up, equipped, and in line with the established standards • Inspect all areas of the Spa and treatment rooms to ensure their cleanliness so that guests are provided with a clean and comforting experience • Replenish all items in the Spa to ensure the necessary inventory level is always maintained • Ensure any member and guests’ complaints or queries are followed through in an effective, professional, and timely manner About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Spa Therapist preferably with an international luxury hospitality company • Higher Secondary School certificate or equivalent • Professional health therapy qualification (nationally recognized) • Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate | Advanced) About the Benefits At Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a vibrant community where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
