Description

YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO WORK FULL TIME & HAVE A FULL UK DRIVERS LICENSE.

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable male support workers within Lincoln with experience supporting individuals with Severe Learning Disabilities (LD), Autism, and Epilepsy to join a small, dedicated team.
You’ll be supporting an individual who is non-verbal, has complex needs, and can display behaviours that are physically challenging. Although epilepsy is part of the diagnosis, there have been no seizures in 5 years.
What makes this role unique is the opportunity to support a family-focused individual with strong bonds with their parents and a vibrant personality. There’s a real passion for 4x4 off-road vehicles, a deep love of animals, and a creative side that shines through in arts and crafts. Humour plays a big part in day-to-day life, with favourites including Mr Bean and Top Gear. Support is person-centred, with the long-term goal of building community access. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, engaging creatively, and working as part of a team that values input from family and professionals alike.
