We’re looking for compassionate, reliable male support workers within Lincoln with experience supporting individuals with Severe Learning Disabilities (LD), Autism, and Epilepsy to join a small, dedicated team.
You’ll be supporting an individual who is non-verbal, has complex needs, and can display behaviours that are physically challenging. Although epilepsy is part of the diagnosis, there have been no seizures in 5 years.

There’s a real passion for 4x4 off-road vehicles, a deep love of animals, and a creative side that shines through in arts and crafts.
