Responsibilities

The London Community Support Team is seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to an individual with specific challenges, including being non-verbal, having learning disabilities, and lacking traffic awareness. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring their safety, fostering independence, and enabling them to engage in a variety of activities, including attending college, swimming, disco outings, travel training, and bike riding.
This is a lone-working role and requires a highly responsible and proactive individual to provide effective support. Flexibility is crucial, as there is no fixed schedule; we adapt to the needs and preferences of the person we support.
