Responsibilities

WHO YOU’LL BE SUPPORTING & MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:

Do you love music — all kinds of it?

  • Are you a football fan (especially Man United)?

Do you enjoy karaoke, dancing, and going to gigs?

Fancy a movie night with a takeaway and a cold beer?

  • ️ Like swimming, long walks, or hitting the gym?

If you’re smiling right now, we might just be a great match — and you could be the perfect person to join my team!
Hi! I’m Tosin and I live in Inverness. At the moment I’m living in temporary accommodation, but I’m hoping to find a permanent home in Inverness soon — and I’d love my support team to come with me when I move!
I live with bipolar disorder and learning disabilities, so I’m looking for kind, positive people who can help me through the tough days and enjoy the good ones with me. If you’ve got experience in mental health, learning disabilities or trauma-informed care, that’s a big plus!

Here’s what I’d love help with:

  • Everyday stuff like cooking, cleaning, shopping, and going to appointments
  • Managing my money
  • Having someone around at night to chat with and make sure I’m safe and comfy

And here’s what I’m into:

  • Eclectic music — I love all sorts, from pop to rock to RnB‍

    • ️ Long walks in nature
  • Karaoke and dancing
  • My Christian faith — it means a lot to me, so I’d love someone who can support me with that too

We’re hiring for two roles right now:

  • Waking Night Support Worker – 36 hours a week (3 shifts from 8pm–8am, days vary)
  • Day Support Worker – 24 hours a week (shifts between 8am–8pm, days vary)

You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule — we work across all days of the week, Monday to Sunday.
So… if you’re friendly, fun, and up for helping me live my best life, I’d love to meet you!
