ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a confident, assertive, proactive, and compassionate Male Support Worker to assist our client in Tarbolton, a 34-year-old ex-Army man with a love for the gym, football, the outdoors, and history. This is a truly dynamic role suited to someone physically active, quick-witted, and reliable, who can offer both companionship and structure.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Supporting our client to access the community (gym, swimming, camping, fishing, football matches)
• Attending appointments and coordinating practical tasks (e.g. sourcing tradespeople)
• Providing encouragement and structure to maintain balance in daily life
• Helping with meal preparation and encouraging healthy eating habits
• Managing household routines, monitoring wellbeing, and communicating observations
• Providing overnight and holiday support when required (camping, family holidays etc.)
• Collaborating closely with family and case manager to ensure seamless support
