Maleza is looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead service, support the team, and help drive the energy of one of Palm Springs’ most exciting dining experiences. This role is all about operations — running a strong floor, creating unforgettable guest experiences, coaching a high-performing team, and keeping service smooth, polished, and fast-paced from open to close. We’re looking for someone who thrives in the middle of the action, leads confidently under pressure, and genuinely loves hospitality.
