We partner with OS engineers to design, build and integrate new anti-malware technology into our products to stay ahead of attackers. DESCRIPTION As an intern joining our team, you'll learn to reverse engineer malware samples using static and dynamic analysis tools, contribute to building new detection systems, and help improve platform security features in macOS & iOS. You'll work alongside experienced engineers who will mentor you as you develop your skills MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Studying Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field. Foundational programming skills with scripting languages such as Python Curiosity about security, malware, and how attackers compromise systems Ability to think critically, ask questions, and work collaboratively in a team environment Good communication skills and eagerness to share knowledge with others PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Coursework or projects involving reverse engineering or low-level programming Familiarity with macOS, iOS, or Unix-like operating systems Personal projects or related to security research or malware analysis Understanding of operating systems fundamentals, including processes, memory management, and system calls
