Get to Know Your Team: UT Health Tyler, the flagship hospital of the system, has 502 licensed beds specializing in advanced acute care medicine. Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups. Responsibilities Performs all procedures relevant to breast imaging. A comprehensive approach to breast health is utilized in accordance with departmental policy at the three sites of service. These include the Breast Care Center, off-site screening mammography service, and the mobile mammography van. Participates in required technical and program continuous quality improvement activities and demonstrates exceptional patient service skills. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of an AMA approved Radiology program Currently ARRT – R and Texas Department of Health Registered BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. Preferred Job Requirements: Preferred mobile mammography experience Certified in Mammography, ARRT – M registered preferred
Responsibilities
Performs all procedures relevant to breast imaging and participates in quality improvement activities. Demonstrates exceptional patient service skills in accordance with departmental policy.
