Description Key Responsibilities Workforce Coordination •Coordinate manpower allocation across 30–40 active jobs with varying labor requirements •Track workforce availability and coordinate assignments based on project needs •Work with Superintendents and field leadership to ensure crews are properly staffed •Maintain visibility of manpower needs across upcoming and current projects •Assist with workforce planning and manpower forecasting Scheduling Support •Collect and maintain 6-week manpower schedules from field leadership •Organize and update workforce schedules in Excel or internal scheduling tools •Assist the General Superintendent with compiling and maintaining manpower schedules •Identify scheduling conflicts, shortages, or gaps in manpower coverage Administrative Support to Field Operations •Provide administrative support to the General Superintendent and Operations leadership •Maintain organized records of workforce assignments and manpower plans •Track job requirements and ensure the correct skill sets are assigned to projects •Support coordination between project management, field teams, and operations Workforce Information Management •Track and organize large volumes of project and manpower data - Maintain clear documentation of workforce assignments and job requirements •Assist leadership with reporting related to manpower planning and workforce utilization •Help identify workforce shortages or upcoming manpower needs Workforce Development Support •Support leadership with workforce development initiatives •Help coordinate onboarding, training needs, and workforce readiness •Assist in identifying skill gaps and workforce development opportunities Required Qualifications •Bilingual (English and Spanish) required •Strong administrative and organizational skills •Ability to manage and organize large volumes of operational information •Experience coordinating schedules, staffing, or workforce planning •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and scheduling tools •Strong communication skills with field and office teams Preferred Qualifications •Experience as a Manpower Coordinator, Workforce Coordinator, or Workforce Director •Background in construction operations, workforce planning, or HR •Experience coordinating labor across multiple projects simultaneously •Familiarity with construction job requirements and trade staffing Key Competencies •High-level organization and attention to detail •Ability to manage multiple projects and schedules simultaneously •Strong communication and coordination skills •Ability to interpret job requirements and match workforce capabilities •Problem-solving and proactive workforce planning Performance Measures Success in this role will be measured by: •Effective manpower allocation across projects •Reduced labor shortages and scheduling conflicts •Accurate and timely manpower scheduling •Strong support provided to the General Superintendent and Operations leadership •Improved visibility of workforce needs and manpower planning
