Description Job Description: The Analyst – Managed Care Contracting will support the development, analysis, and maintenance of managed care contracts. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external payers to ensure contract compliance, optimize reimbursement, and support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze managed care contracts and identify financial and operational impacts. 2. Support contract negotiations by preparing data-driven insights and recommendations. 3. Maintain contract databases and ensure accurate documentation. 4. Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure contract compliance. 5. Monitor payer performance and escalate issues as needed. 6. Contract Loading in the client/facility Practice Management system 7. Different analysis like charge master analysis, revenue reimbursement analysis to be conducted on a daily basis. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Experience: 2–4 years of experience in healthcare contracting, payer relations, or financial analysis. Skills: - Strong analytical and Excel skills - Knowledge of managed care principles and reimbursement methodologies - Excellent communication and stakeholder management - Experience with contract management systems is a plus Requirements Additional Information: - Familiarity with CMS regulations and payer guidelines preferred - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
