Location: 2 days per week working from our Clients site (Kingswells), minimum of 1 day per week working from our 3t office in Dyce and a maximum of 2 days per week working from home
Job Type: permanent, full-time or part-time hours considered
Pay: £26,727.26-£31,181.81 per yea

As Competency Coordinator you will facilitate and administer competency framework. You will manage all aspects of arranging and maintaining competence requirements of TMS client employees including enrolments, queries, obtaining and issuing accredited certification.

  • Efficient Competence Mailbox Administration
  • Candidate Progress Management
  • Compile and distribute Monthly Competence reports to competence team Lead and platform management
  • Compiling monthly MAH Training & Competence figures
  • SQA and OPITO Focal Point
  • Processing SQA and OPITO certification
  • Quarterly Platform Management WebEx Call Participation
  • OPITO Apprentice Technician Focal Point
  • Competency Management Hub: Central Point for All Competence-Related Matters.
  • Setting up portfolios within Livelink system (New Starts)
  • Quarterly Strategy Meeting Attendance and Participation
  • Monthly Communication of Interdepartmental Changes to Assets
  • Develop Process Maps
  • Collation and Organization of ERT Candidate Evidence and Assessment Records
  • Undertake additional duties as requested by the TMS Team Lea
