As a Managed Services Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers’ critical infrastructure runs smoothly. You’ll be working in a dynamic, multi-cloud environment, troubleshooting complex issues, automating tasks, and collaborating with teams across the globe.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Keep the world running: Handle service requests and incidents to minimize downtime.
  • Proactive problem-solving: Monitor and maintain cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Data center mastery: Perform maintenance, support audits, and manage ITSM systems.
  • Customer-centric solutions: Participate in on-call shifts and contribute to customer projects.
  • Continuous learning: Develop your skills with at least one certification per year.
  • Automate for efficiency: Run automated rollouts on large-scale cloud-based systems.
