• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in presales, solution architecture, or a similar technical role within the managed services industry.
• Must have Delivery experience, preferably delivery SAP/Oracle/Workday or any ERP solutions
• Must have done Technical upgrade projects and managed a cross vertical teams
• Strong understanding of Deal financials and pricing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of managed services concepts, including cloud computing, network infrastructure, data center operations, and IT service management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and presenting comprehensive solutions to clients, including the ability to create compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations.
• Strong understanding of Finance back-office business processes, Supply Chain and Procurement Processes.
• In-depth understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in managed services, such as DevOps, automation, and artificial intelligence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and develop innovative solutions.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

The Managed Services Presales Solution Architect is responsible for designing and presenting comprehensive solutions to clients in the managed services space. They work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, develop technical proposals, and deliver compelling presentations to win new business. The Solution Architect also acts as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, providing guidance to clients on the best practices and technologies for their managed services needs.
