Job Title: Management Accountant

ABOUT THE ROLE

This isn’t your typical back-office accounting job. As a Management Accountant at Addition, you’ll own relationships with around 15 clients—mainly in consumer goods and hospitality—preparing management accounts, providing insights, and helping founders and operators understand the numbers. You’ll present financials to non-finance leaders, flag risks early, and support smarter decision-making.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare monthly management accounts and reconciliations for your client portfolio
• Present results and insights to non-finance founders and senior operators
• Manage 15+ client relationships with a service mindset and commercial awareness
• Partner with the broader delivery and tech team to maintain high-quality, timely outputs
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning projects
• Continuously seek ways to improve processes and client experience
