Mō te tūranga | What you’ll be doing This unique role combines management accounting with finance business analysis, reflecting the growing need for people who can deliver both financial insight and systems-driven solutions to support business decisions. Act as a trusted advisor, providing timely, accurate financial advice and insights to support decision-making. Deliver high-quality financial and commercial reporting, analysis, and clear interpretation of business performance. Lead data analytics and reporting, developing technical solutions and insightful dashboards to inform business decisions. Support financial planning and forecasting and contributing to the business plan. Commercially minded, with a deep understanding of financial management systems, data analysis tools, and financial modelling. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial performance and provide insights that support decision-making. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is advantageous but not essential. Demonstrate rigorous logic and structured problem-solving skills; able to identify hidden issues and look beyond the obvious to find effective solutions. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly establish common ground and collaborate effectively across teams. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across the business to drive continuous improvement in reporting and analysis.
