Founded with the mission to make natural health and wellness products accessible worldwide, we now operate across more than 40 international markets and continue to grow rapidly.
The Role
We’re looking for a Management Accountant Assistant to support our finance team and work closely with our Management Accountant. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, with a strong focus on account reconciliations across our German and European entities. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to a fast-paced, international company with a clear growth mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform account reconciliations (bank, intercompany, balance sheet, and general ledger).
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist in preparing management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor and review accounts payable and receivable.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors.
  • Ensure compliance with German GAAP/HGB and internal accounting policies.
  • Support the Management Accountant with ad-hoc financial analysis and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of accounting experience in Germany (ideally within an international or e-commerce company).
  • Solid knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB).
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent qualification).
  • Strong skills in reconciliations and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (ERP experience a plus).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Business proficiency in German (essential for communication with authorities and local stakeholders).
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.

Why Join Us?

  • 100% remote – work from anywhere in Germany.
  • Be part of a fast-growing global wellness brand.
  • Real opportunities for career growth and development.
  • Supportive, international team culture.
  • Competitive salary package up to €55,000 per year.
