JOB SUMMARY:

Based in our lovely Market Harborough office, this is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded accountant to play a key role in the financial management of a multi-site healthcare business. You’ll prepare management accounts, analyse performance across our practices, and provide insights to help drive growth and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Previous experience in management accounting (healthcare or multi-site businesses a plus).
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Able to explain financial data clearly to non-finance colleagues.
• Proactive, detail-focused, and commercially aware.
• Deadline driven.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

  Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

• Produce accurate monthly management accounts and reports.
• Track and analyse revenues (NHS, private, insurance, and specialist treatments).
• Partner with practice managers and leadership teams to improve performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Contribute to cashflow management and business growth projects.
• Assist with practice acquisitions and integration.
