QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree major in accounting
  • Strong Xero skills, with 5+ experience in this role
  • Must be professional, confident and ambitious with the ability to use initiative to get the job done quickly whilst maintain a high standard
  • Strong team-work ability
  • Strong communication skills (English verbal and written)
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities and administrative coordination

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The Management Accountant is a Full-Time position and will be responsible for providing in-house services related and not limited to performance-based financial reporting, asset valuation, budgetary systems, pricing, forecasting.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working closely with BuyersCircle management while optimising financial transactions and systems.
  • Heading financial operations and ensuring necessary monthly accounting entries, including accruals and impairments are accurate and provided to senior management on a timely basis.
  • Overlooking the preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Statement of Cash Flow) for CFO and management team on monthly basis
  • Assisting in due diligence of business plans and forecasting activities to monthly Board pack;
  • Monitoring and maintaining accounting system and internal control system
  • Maintaining and examining the use of accounts including Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, General Ledger and Balance Sheet
  • Appraise cash flow and financial risks of foreign currency payments if required
  • Other ad hoc accounting duties to support the team
