QUALIFICATIONS & KEY ATTRIBUTES:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years professional experience in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Be CA/CPA qualified, or currently working towards.
  • Showcase proven experience in reconciliations, variance analysis and/or forecast & budget.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy with robust understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder collaboration.
  • Showcase the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with ERP systems, SQL & PowerBI is a plus.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our dynamic finance team.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and financial reporting. Reporting to and working closely with our Senior FP&A Analyst, you will assist with data analysis, board reporting, and management reporting, while also supporting the broader finance team with EOM & EOY tasks and system implementation.
This position offers a fantastic platform to develop your analytical and accounting skills in a fast-paced environment.

AD-HOC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as required.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
