We are looking for a Management Accountant (12+ month contract) to join our Controlling team at Endress+Hauser Ireland, based in Kill, Co Kildare. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain international experience working in a large multinational company. You will play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement while contributing to the success of our operations in Ireland.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for financial reporting, month-end processes, and management accounting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our finance operations. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and play a key role in audits, forecasting, and cashflow management.

WHICH TASKS WILL YOU PERFORM?

You will:

  • Manage the month-end close process, including SAP consolidation, intercompany reporting, and financial statements (P&L & Balance Sheet).
  • Conduct cost of sales analysis, variance analysis, and overhead reviews, ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Validate sales postings, margins, provisions, accruals, prepayments, and backlog management.
  • Oversee and participate in the annual audit process.
  • Oversee debtors, creditors, employee expenses, and supplier payments.
  • Prepare cashflow forecasts and manage daily banking operations.
  • Support annual business forecasting (tri-annual process).
  • Oversee VAT, VIES, and INTRASTAT submissions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and finance projects.Handle any other duties relevant to your skills and experience.
