QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA/CPA).
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a management accounting or similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, management accounting, and budgeting.
• Experience preparing statutory returns and managing audits.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both financial and non-financial fellow colleagues.
• Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrates commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Management Accountant to lead our Finance / Accounts team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a key leadership role responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial insights to support the strategic and operational growth of the business.
