THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an Accounting & Automation Specialist—someone who can keep the books clean and the processes lean. This isn’t just a traditional accounting role; it’s a chance to apply modern finance tools, AI, and automation platforms to make workflows faster, more accurate, and more scalable. You’ll be part of a high-trust, high-performance team that’s building the financial backbone of a fast-growing robotics company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead Month-End Close Activities: Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Generate & Analyze KPIs: Build dashboards and reports that track operational and financial performance.
• Identify Business Trends: Use financial and operational data to spot risks, opportunities, and emerging patterns.
• Optimize Reporting with Automation: Leverage tools like NetSuite, Coupa, and BI platforms to create real-time, self-serve reporting.
• Support Budgeting & Forecasting: Provide insight-rich data to inform strategic planning.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process changes that increase efficiency and scalability.

The pay range for this role is:
80,000 - 100,000 CAD per year(Salmon Arm, BC
