Job Description We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join their Commercial team. This newly established role will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality financial reporting, forecasting, and performance insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will contribute to board-level reporting, develop robust activity-based forecasts, and provide in-depth financial analysis to support operational performance and continuous improvement. Leading a small team responsible for accounts activities, a key aspect of this role is the active participation in the Operational Leadership Group, where you will collaborate across all areas of the business to support operational decision-making. You will bring a strong commercial perspective, providing clear financial insights that help guide operational decisions while supporting the effective day-to-day performance of the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Deliver board-level financial reporting, including clear analysis of performance, trends, and variances Develop and maintain activity-based forecasts, supporting budgeting and forward planning Provide insightful financial analysis, modelling, and pricing support to inform operational decision-making Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of financial data and reporting Lead and coordinate finance team activities, driving service delivery, performance, and continuous improvement Support operational excellence through strong financial processes and quality assurance Qualifications We are looking for someone with: A tertiary qualification in an accounting, finance or related discipline Progress towards CA/CPA preferred but not essential Previous supervisory or team leadership exposure an advantage Strong analytical and problem solving skills Experience in management accounting, financial reporting and/or financial analysis with the ability to translate financial data into clear insights for senior leadership. Excellent communication, organisational skills and a commitment to detail and data integrity.
