Citadel Source is delighted to partner a leading retail brand to support the search for their new Management Accountant (FP&A).

THE ROLE

This is a hybrid position that blends FP&A with core management accounting responsibilities. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and performance reporting, ensuring the business has the insight needed to make informed decisions. You’ll also take ownership of month-end processes, internal reporting, and the continuous improvement of financial systems and procedures.

AS THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Producing weekly and monthly financial reports, including revenue, KPI and cash flow reporting
• Preparing and consolidating budgets and forecasts, ensuring deadlines are met and data is accurate
• Analysing financial performance, identifying variances and providing insightful commentary
• Supporting the implementation and optimisation of FP&A tools and systems
• Liaising with stakeholders to challenge and validate financial assumptions
• Driving process improvements across reporting, forecasting and budgeting cycles
• Assisting with audit requirements, compliance checks and ad-hoc financial analysis
