AD-HOC

• Oversee outsourced Management Accounts team
• Management of our Expenses System, including setting limits, review of outstanding receipts, keeping user list up to date, toping up wallet
• Ownership of costing Menu model, working with Marketing and F&B Director to ensure model is working correctly. Downloading files to input into model.
• Analysis of impact of cost/sale price changes on GM
• Review retro budget ensuring all expected incomes have been invoiced
• Build business partner relationships with operations, Marketing and Property functions
