SHAPE THE NUMBERS THAT SHAPE THE WORLD.

At ESP Global Services, we keep critical IT infrastructure running across 150+ countries — and now we’re looking for a Management Accountant (International) to play a key role in managing accurate, timely financial insight and compliance across multiple countries to guide strategic decisions and ensure global regulatory alignment. If you’re ready to combine your technical accounting skills with international exposure and a collaborative, forward-thinking environment, this is your opportunity.
The Role You’ll be the go-to expert for all things international finance — ensuring our non-UK entities meet local accounting standards, tax laws, and international reporting requirements. From preparing consolidated group accounts to ensuring tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, your work will be pivotal to our global success.

YOU WILL:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts for our international entities, with clear variance analysis and insightful commentary.
  • Consolidate group accounts and reconcile intercompany transactions.
  • Oversee compliance calendars and liaise with external advisors worldwide.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting/payment of employment, corporate, sales, and withholding taxes.
  • Lead external audits for non-UK entities.
  • Deliver detailed expenditure analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Maintain transfer pricing documentation in line with company policy.
  • Support expansion by setting up new entities in the accounting system.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, solving finance queries quickly and effectively.

What We’re Looking For

  • CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified (or part-qualified with strong practical experience).
  • Experience in a multi-territory, multi-currency environment.
  • Skilled in group consolidation, tax, and transfer pricing.
  • Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
  • Strong communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders across multiple countries.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to thrive under pressure.

Why Join ESP?

  • Global Impact: Work across 150+ countries in a truly international role.
  • Growth Potential: Opportunities to expand your skills in a dynamic, scaling business.
  • Collaborative Culture: Be part of a supportive finance team that values your input.
  • Hybrid Flexibility: Split your time between our Reading HQ and home.
