JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Management Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and contributing to strategic financial planning. REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is essential.
  • Proven experience in financial accounting or management accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software Sage is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience in mentoring or training junior staff is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support management decision-making.
  • Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
  • Utilise accounting software Sage for effective financial management.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive business performance.
  • Undertake day to day book-keeping and undertaking Payroll accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor adherence throughout the fiscal year.
