Job Description Are you at that pivotal stage in your finance career where you're ready to master the fundamentals while stepping into a broader leadership role? We’re looking for a Management Accountant who’s not only passionate about numbers but also eager to grow into a key contributor in branch-level business control. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the structure of monthly reporting and is excited by the opportunity to shape financial processes across our UK and Ireland branches. You’ll spend the first six months learning the fundamentals of the role, understanding our service organisation, and building strong relationships. Thereafter, you’ll be expected to take the lead on monthly P&L calls and support our Business Controller with annual Branch Reviews—driving performance and insights at a local level. What You’ll Be Doing Driving branch-level controlling and financial support across UK and Ireland Leading monthly P&L calls with branches Contributing to the budgeting process and supporting forecasting at the local level Analysing productivity of front-line operatives Producing monthly management accounts packs Preparing and posting month-end journals Running and compiling our month-end report package Creating Power BI dashboards and supporting key users Assisting with OneStream reporting Supporting internal and external audit requirements Qualifications What We’re Looking For Minimum requirement: AAT Qualified or Degree level Qualified, with at least 2 years’ experience in a finance role and a strong desire to complete the CIMA qualification Someone who’s ready to take ownership of monthly reporting and grow into a leadership role A team player with strong communication skills and an inquisitive mindset Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organised Proactive and motivated, with a willingness to travel across the UK as needed Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel (XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and Power BI dashboards SAP experience is a plus but not essential This is more than a finance role—it’s a chance to shape how our branches operate financially and to grow into a strategic business partner at the local level.
