ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a high calibre Management Accountant to join Select as the Finance Lead for one or more of our divisions. This is a key position, working closely with business unit directors, central finance, and our commercial and operational teams across the company. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a progressive, forward-thinking business while gaining valuable exposure to senior stakeholders. WHAT WILL THE ROLE LOOK LIKE?

• Preparation of timely and accurate monthly management accounts for Division.
• Prepare monthly management accounts packs for FL review.
• Presentation of Divisional financials at monthly contract reviews
• Business partner with Divisional leader to drive Divisional performance
• Lead the budgeting and planning process within the Division
• Promote financial understanding, controls and diligence across the relevant Select Divisions, through interaction with non-finance staff on issues such as cash management and asset controls.
• Lead Divisional capital investment program and assist in writing Capital business cases.
• Own Divisional Fixed asset register ensuring assets are accurately recorded, depreciated and physically controlled.
