If you're detail-driven and ready to help shape the numbers behind the shows, apply now with your resume and a cover letter outlining exactly why you’re the right fit for this role. What you’ll be doing: Tour Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly tour packs with supporting commentary, reconciling forecasts with actuals to ensure accurate financial reporting. Ledger & Forecast Management: Own all tour-related ledger entries, collaborate with Tour Accountants, and upload forecast/actual results into our reporting system. Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Complete monthly reconciliations, including accruals and deferrals, and work with the Financial Controller for approvals. Artist & Tour Payments: Coordinate artist settlements, manage tour-related tax payments, and assist tour reps with cash and float requirements. Ancillary Revenue Accounting: Forecast and invoice ancillary income streams, and reconcile accounts with detailed actual-vs-forecast analysis. Audit & Process Improvement: Assist with audits and proactively streamline processes to drive efficiency and support compliance timelines. What you’ll bring: Financially Fluent: You hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and bring 2–3 years of experience in a financial accounting environment. Analytical & Precise: You have strong attention to detail, love digging into data, and can confidently produce reconciliations and variance analysis. Solution-Oriented: You bring a problem-solving mindset and seek opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency. Autonomous & Accountable: You take initiative, manage your own workload effectively, and are confident delivering to tight deadlines. Collaborative Team Player: You work well with others, communicate clearly, and bring a positive attitude to a fast-paced team environment. Tech-Savvy & Excel Proficient: You’re confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and open to learning new systems and tools. Interest in Music & Events: You have a genuine passion for music and live entertainment. The Benefits: A vibrant, music-focused workplace fostering creativity and collaboration. Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. Access to concerts, events, and other entertainment perks. A flexible approach to when and where you work, designed to support balance in all aspects of life. A diverse, equitable workplace where every voice matters. Comprehensive benefits, from volunteer days to wellness programs and mental health support. Equal Opportunities: We are deeply committed to diversity, inclusion, and supporting our people. In our inclusive workplace, you’re encouraged to bring your whole self to work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As a growing business, we support your professional and personal development, offering opportunities to learn and grow alongside talented colleagues. We value talent in all forms and welcome applications from individuals of any gender, race, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or caregiving responsibilities. #LNAPAC #LI-TO1 Recognized for seven years as a Great Place to Work® and named one of Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies, Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company comprised of global market leaders: Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship.
