MinRes is currently seeking a Management Account to join our Mining Services finance team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis with a contract completion bonus. As our Management Accountant, you’ll provide vital financial insights to support leaders across the business. You’ll be responsible for preparing management reports, budgets, forecasts, and analysis that highlight opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved profitability.

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis.
• Prepare budget and forecasts, ensuring business performance is effectively monitored.
• Partner with managers to provide insights into costs, margins, and financial drivers.
• Support decision-making through financial modelling and business case analysis.
• Contribute to system and process improvements across the finance function.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
• Involved with providing information to external auditors
