We are seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role plays a critical part in analysing business performance, delivering strategic insights, and supporting decision-making across the group. You will partner with operational leaders to drive financial outcomes through proactive analysis, forecasting, and performance monitoring.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or CA qualification (or working towards).
  • 3+ years’ experience in a management accounting or commercial finance role.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link financial data to operational performance.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
