As Management Accountant-Milk Supply, you will be the Team Lead to ensure farmer payments, trading activity and overheads are recorded correctly within SAP and month end processes and analysis are completed properly. You will provide support to the Financial Controller on forecasting and budgeting process. You will drive improvements in processes and controls and manage a team of four.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT-MILK SUPPLY:-

• Qualified CIMA/ACCA.
• Experience of providing detailed and high-level variance analysis.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Previous experience of managing a team.
• Experience in the dairy industry would be beneficial.
• Strong IT & Systems knowledge and experience, including Excel. SAP experience preferred.
• Detailed orientated and able to self-review complex data.
• Process and analytical orientated.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to visualise the whole picture and understand the importance of their role both within the department and also within the whole company.
• Knowledge of journal postings, balance sheet reconciliations and month end accruals.
