JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Management Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. This position requires expertise in various accounting software and a strong understanding of financial management principles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in financial accounting or management accounting within the financial services sector.
  • Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, PeopleSoft, or Xero.
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Effective communication skills to convey financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience in mentoring or training staff is advantageous.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
