With excellence at our core, we’re now seeking a talented Management Accountant to join our finance team and help drive strategic decision-making across the business.

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in hospitality or leisure would be advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in financial systems and Excel
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports including monthly management accounts
• Review end of day cash up and card reconciliations
• Aid budgeting and forecasting processes across the site
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to operational teams
• Monthly payroll preparation
• VAT returns
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures
• Liaise with external auditors and support year-end processes
• Collaborate with department heads to improve financial literacy and accountability
• Line management of Assistant Management Accountant
