JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum qualification: Nitec in a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a secretary/PA or administrative role is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside office hours
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Self-driven, meticulous, able to multi-task and work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations
  • Eager to learn new knowledge and technology
Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:

  • Raise purchase requisitions for supported divisions/offices.
  • Provide administrative support for events and visits.
  • Support in reception duty covering and provide general assistance to visitors.
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires in supported divisions/offices
  • Maintain a systematic filing system.
  • Update and manage office policies and procedures.
  • Track, maintain, and order office supplies inventory.
  • Maintain divisions/offices distribution list and contact lists.
  • Assist in planning and executing internal and external events, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the administrative and secretarial support organization
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Management or Reporting Officer
