MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Expected starting salary is $35.37 to $47.22. Full salary range is $35.37 to $59.07.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in social work, public administration, planning, business administration, process engineering, program planning and evaluation, mathematics/statistics, public/community health, or related field and three (3) years of experience in a similar position as listed in the work functions.
OR
Master’s degree from an accredited college in social work, public administration, planning, business administration, process engineering, program planning and evaluation, mathematics/statistics, public/community health, or related field and two (2) years of experience in a similar position as listed in the work functions.
OR
A combination of education and experience equivalent to seven (7) years of experience in a similar position as listed in the work functions
Regular and reliable attendance is a necessary component of job/position. Individuals required to use County vehicles and equipment must have a valid driver’s license and be free of any major traffic violations for the last three (3) years.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college in social work, public administration, planning, business administration, process engineering, program planning and evaluation, mathematics/statistics, public/community health, or related field.
  • Possession of certification in Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, performance improvement, communications or other related certifications.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Thorough knowledge of quality management techniques, procedures, principles, and evaluation methods.
  • Thorough knowledge of statistical and evaluation principles.
  • Considerable knowledge of organizational priorities and strategy.

  • Considerable knowledge of health outcomes, public health, and biostatistics.
  • Considerable knowledge of social determinants of health.
  • Skill in developing and utilizing detailed project work plans.
