Overview Acuity is searching for a dynamic, talented, and experienced Management Analyst to join our DHS team. The ideal candidate will work with stakeholders to improve organizational strategy, processes, information, and technology. Why Acuity? Responsibilities The Management Analyst uses their in-depth business knowledge and understanding of person centric identity management to provide strategic support to client leadership for major initiatives and projects. This includes facilitating meetings to elicit and document requirements from senior stakeholders as well as improving processes, organizational design, and technology. Qualifications Experience: At least 8+ years of IT strategy experience. Proven track record of building deep relationships with senior management in DHS. Experience in managing stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solution/projects. Strong working knowledge of and experience within the federal government consulting space. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration across a variety of stakeholders.
