Job Description:
Senior Management Analyst to provide executive-level program management services across the acquisition lifecycle. This role supports strategic decision-making and program execution for major and non-major systems acquisitions in alignment with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and U.S. Coast Guard directives.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level program management support, including planning, coordination, and oversight of acquisition activities.
- Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and documentation to support the Obtain, Produce, Deploy, and Support phases of the acquisition lifecycle.
- Prepare materials and analysis for Acquisition Decision Events and respond to follow-on actions directed by Acquisition Decision Memoranda.
- Ensure compliance with applicable acquisition policies and guidance, including, Major Systems Acquisitions, Non-Major Systems Acquisitions, and other DHS directives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and synthesize program-level data to inform executive decision-making.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve program outcomes and acquisition efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program management or acquisition support, preferably within DHS or DoD environments.
- Deep understanding of federal acquisition regulations and lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality documentation and analysis under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- PMP certification
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
