Overview Golden Key Group (GKG) is seeking a Management Analyst to provide analytical support for management and program functions. Responsibilities include assisting in tracking project and program status, financial matters, and ensuring compliance with DOE guidelines. The role also includes assessing and making recommendations on local and site-specific reporting needs, analyzing problems, and reconciling data entries. This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients. Responsibilities Provide analytical support for management and program functions. Assist with tracking project and program status and financial matters. Ensure compliance with DOE guidelines and reporting requirements. Assess and make recommendations regarding local and site-specific reporting needs. Analyze operational or program issues and identify solutions. Reconcile data entries and maintain data accuracy. Support development of reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership. Qualifications Active Top Secret Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data and develop recommendations. Knowledge of business process design. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field + 5 years relevant experience in management analysis or consulting. Equivalency: Associate's Degree + 7 years relevant experience; OR 9 years relevant experience.
