Job Summary: DT Professional Services is seeking a Management Analyst III to support our NSWC team in Port Hueneme, CA. This role will provides analytical and management support across multiple functional areas, delivering data-driven analysis and operational assistance. Responsibilities: Conduct senior-level engineering, operations research, and financial analyses to support Navy program decisions. Manage planning, submission, and execution tracking of annual program budgets. Perform cost and resource analyses to guide program prioritization and funding decisions. Advise leadership on performance metrics, efficiencies, and process improvements. Prepare concise reports and briefings on budget and program execution status. Basic Qualifications: Active Secret clearance. Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a business or technical field. Ten (10) years or more of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis. Significant experience supporting U.S. Navy programs or operations. Experience with planning, submission, monitoring and reporting of annual budgets and execution.
