SUMMARY STATEMENT
This management-level position serves as the Deputy Fleet Administrator and Senior Team Leader, overseeing the administration of a nationally recognized fleet. The successful candidate will manage daily vehicle reservations, authorized drivers, financial reporting, performance metrics, lease agreements, and policy updates. Strong computer proficiency is essential, including expertise in telematics software, database reporting, and Microsoft Office. Additionally, this role involves providing recommendations on policy updates, pool site management, vehicle availability, life-cycle costing, risk management, and other fleet-related areas. This is an opportunity to contribute to a professionally managed fleet while ensuring efficient operations and strategic improvements.
