Description
SAIC is seeking a motivated and organizational-minded Management Analyst to play an integral role in our expanding Program Management Organization at our Middletown, RI office. This individual will be required to develop and manage distribution and tracking of project management support documentation, attend meetings, accurately manage project archives and develop various reports and presentations as needed. This role is performed 100% on site.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other organization/technical field and three (3) years related experience; years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET level clearance
  • DoD Experience
  • Project Management Experience
  • Basic understanding of engineering/technical documentation such as:
  • Planning and scheduling procurement
  • Fabrication and assembly of electronic systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to be part of a well-established but expanding team that values and rewards quick learning, proactivity and Team-First mindsets
Responsibilities
  • Develops, reviews, and/or format Microsoft Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations and other documents to support government contract deliverables.
  • Manages, develops, and tracking of project status, budgets, and schedules.
  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving.
  • Takes and distributes meeting minutes.
  • Tracks and monitors new and ongoing program activities.
  • Works with staff from different disciplines, including management, engineering, procurement, logistics, and production to complete tasks.
