SAIC seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Analyst to Join our team and assist with a new digital key inventory tracking system in Crane, IN. This is a full-time onsite position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Establish digital key inventory tracking system Maintain inventory of keys and lock technician supplies Development and updates of various forms Review, issue, and close out of Archibus tickets Minimum Qualifications: Two (2) years of related work experience Written and verbal communication skills – will assist in fielding emails, phone calls, and walk-in requests for lock shop Intermediate skills in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: Project Management and/or Management Analysis experience supporting DoD programs or related programs Familiarity with the Naval Sea Systems (NAVSEA) organization and operations Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen Must possess an active or current Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

The analyst will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a new digital key inventory tracking system, including managing key and lock technician supplies inventory. Duties also involve the development and updates of various forms and the review, issuance, and closure of Archibus tickets.
