SAIC seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Analyst to Join our team and assist with a new digital key inventory tracking system in Crane, IN. This is a full-time onsite position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Establish digital key inventory tracking system Maintain inventory of keys and lock technician supplies Development and updates of various forms Review, issue, and close out of Archibus tickets Minimum Qualifications: Two (2) years of related work experience Written and verbal communication skills – will assist in fielding emails, phone calls, and walk-in requests for lock shop Intermediate skills in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: Project Management and/or Management Analysis experience supporting DoD programs or related programs Familiarity with the Naval Sea Systems (NAVSEA) organization and operations Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen Must possess an active or current Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

The analyst will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a digital key inventory tracking system, managing inventory of keys and lock technician supplies, and developing/updating various forms. Key duties also include reviewing, issuing, and closing out Archibus tickets.
