We are looking for a Management Analyst in San Diego, California. Summary Performs organizational reviews, process analysis, data interpretation, and documentation development to improve operational efficiency. Supports configuration management, maintains acquisition and engineering documentation, drafts reports, briefs, and meeting materials, and tracks program changes. Provides analysis, planning support, and business process recommendations for FRCSW operations. Responsibilities Collect and organize operational and administrative data. Support the preparation of reports, briefings, and data analyses. Conduct research to identify process improvement opportunities. Assist with configuration and documentation control activities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support program efficiency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field. 2+ years of professional experience in analysis or operations support. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Interest in federal or defense program management.
