Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

For the GS-11: You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience may include: identifying, analyzing and making recommendations to resolve problems within the organization; Conducting analysis on various types of data; And evaluating the effectiveness of program operations.
OR
Successful completion of a PH.D., or equivalent graduate degree, directly related to the position, or (3) full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.M, if related.
OR
A combination of successfully completed graduate level education (beyond the first two years) and specialized experience, as described above, to meet the total experience requirement.
Merit promotion applicants must meet time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year at the GS-11 meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-09 level.
Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements within 30 days of the closing date specified in the vacancy announcement.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES

  • Establishes a variety of quantitative and qualitative analyses of statistical data.
  • Plans and establishes the operations of the work processes and procedures used to manage the flow of work and to resolve administrative problems and issues; both within the office, and between other EEOC Offices, and the organizations.
  • Communicates data collection and reporting requirements and schedules to OFO leadership team.
  • Works closely with the OFO senior staff to develop concepts and to implement training materials.
  • Uses a variety of office automation systems and software packages (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, database management, email, outlook, etc.) to efficiently monitor and manage portions of office workload.
