Introduction to the job Support for multiple senior executives; Head of Korea Management Team (KMT), Global Account Managers and Customer Support (CS) Managers (Schedule, Business trip and expenses, etc.) Plan and execute the companywide internal/external events including visitors coordination Role and responsibilities Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, including cross-functional and international meetings Arrange domestic and international business travel, including itineraries, bookings, and visa support Process expenses for executives using Concur, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies Plan and execute internal events such as workshops, team gatherings, corporate functions and external events Provide full-service support for visits from global headquarters and other external stakeholders Act as a reliable liaison between executives and various internal/external stakeholders Provide operational and administrative support to the Team, contributing to team-wide initiatives and day-to-day activities Education and experience Bachelor degree 2-5 years of relevant working experience as an executive assistant Skills (Qualifications) Fluent or high level speaking and writing skills in both Korean and English. Pro-actively able to identify and fulfill managers’ and their stakeholders’ needs. Consistently achieves results, even under high pressure circumstances. Communicates clearly and concisely with different stakeholders. Learns fast and picks up tasks quickly. Works accurately and has an eye for details. Handles business matters with discretion and confidentiality. Effective decision making and problem solving skills. Tech-savvy (preferred to use MS Teams/ Outlook) natural interest in IT tools and learning new systems are a plus). Other information Location: Dongtan, South Korea (Company shuttle buses are available from Seoul and other key locations to support your commute.)
