Responsibilities

The Management Assistant provides administrative support to the Global Head Professional Liability, two senior leaders within the business and will collaborate closely with the CEO’s Executive Assistant. This role ensures seamless coordination across executive functions, enabling leaders to focus on high-value initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include, however, are not limited to:

  • Executive Support: Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and handle relationship management;
  • Travel & Expense Management: Organise domestic and international travel, prepare itineraries, and process expenses and invoices;
  • Event & Meeting Coordination: Plan internal and external events, manage logistics, draft agendas, etc.;
  • Communication & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for senior stakeholders, draft correspondence, manage confidential documents; and
  • Office Administration: Oversee office supplies, facilities, and onboarding of new joiners.
